A Speeding Ticket . . .
A Speeding Ticket . . .

A police officer pulls a guy over for speeding and has the following exchange

Officer: May I see your driver's license

Driver: I don't have one. I had it suspended when I got my 5th DUI.

Officer: May I see the owner's card for this vehicle

Driver: It's not my car. I stole it.

Officer: The car is stolen

Driver: That's right. But come to think of it, I think I saw the owner's card in the glove box when I was putting my gun in there.

Officer: There's a gun in the glove box

Driver: Yes sir. That's where I put it after I shot and killed the woman who owns this car and stuffed her in the trunk.

Officer: There's a BODY in the TRUNK!!

Driver: Yes, sir.

Hearing this, the officer immediately called his captain. The car was quickly surrounded by police, and the captain approached the driver to handle the tense situation

Captain: Sir, can I see your license

Driver: Sure. Here it is.

It was valid.

Captain: Who's car is this

Driver: It's mine, officer. Here's the registration.

Captain: Could you slowly open your glove box so I can see if there's a gun in it

Driver: Yes, sir, but there's no gun in it.

Sure enough, there was nothing in the glove box.

Captain: Would you mind opening your trunk I was told you said there's a body in it.

Driver: No problem.

Trunk is opened; no body.

Captain: I don't understand it. The officer who stopped you said you told him you didn't have a license, stole the car, had a gun in the glove box, and that there was a dead body in the trunk.

Driver: Yeah, I'll bet he told you I was speeding, too . . .

The day you came to my life . . .
The day you came to my life . . .

The day you came to my life
I crowned you as my friend.
I judged you not for your smartness,
not for your tone,
not for your eyes,
and not for your smile,
But because I felt you as my Own . . .

You . . .
You . . .

You came to my life like a desert rose
Wiping up my tears carrying away my sorrows
I was so blind for the past few years
To realize how much you loved me

Now by fate we have met again
And I would never let go
I would hold on to you forever
Like a star that would never leave the sky

You made me see what true love is
You made my life alive again
Taught me to forget the dark past
Taught me to smile thru tears

I love you for what you are
I love you for making me happy again
I know life would never be the same
Because I have you forever by my side . . .

Message of My Life . . .
Message of My Life . . .

Its been good staying alone since years,
there's been moments of happiness, tears.
for my life, it was a kind of reprise,
I believe, it was a blessing in disguise.

Each day was a growth towards success,
for i struggled a lot, tough to express.
so much i learnt then, its hard to forget,
but i didn't find reason either, to regret.

Confidence was the only fuel i had,
it was hard to survive in world of bad.
where people will try to pull you down,
then you need to creat a space of own.

My spaces too had some huge stones,
clearing them always hurt my skin and bones.
when i failed to clear them on my own,
there was my friend behind, unknown.

When I turned back to have a look,
it was my shadow, standing like a rook.
then i realised, it was my conscience there,
always stood by me, helping 'n' taking care.

Mistakes done during childhood innocent,
that rewarded me of moon of crescent.
which i always, believed, doing mistakes in life,
when realised properly, success paths will be rife.

These learning things mean so much,
because, they gave me healing touch.
These pages will be written with parker,
and these are going to get only darker.

When it would be time to wind up for me,
these would be passed to friend, enemy.
I dont want them to take whatever i had,
but lets them decide of good, and the bad.

Let this message pass on for generations,
each will have their own permutations.
Not that every body will like my words,
i will be satisfied, even its two-thirds . . .

I saw him again . . .
I saw him again . . .

I saw him again
This time he brushed past me..
Making me aware of what I had lost or gained..

I saw him again..
He couldn’t have looked better..
Making me feel worse and even bitterer..

I saw him again..
As if he didn’t recognize..
All the past meetings were just lies..

I saw him again..
Hoping he would utter a word..
And my pain would finally die..

I saw him again..
Making me remind of all the promises he had made..
Leaving them all behind was just his game..

I saw him again..
Promising myself to never think about him..
But am aware will be crying the night away . . .
